16 Apr Virtual Conference Key Dates
Dear EASM members,
We would like to thank you all for your patience at this time and the positive response to the announcement of our virtual conference. The scientific committee have been busy planning and the EASM Board would like to take this opportunity to communicate the following new timeline.
Submission closes 1st May 2020 (23.59 CET)
Reviews and decision released 29th May 2020
Uploading revisions where required closes 15th June 2020
Review and decision process concludes 30th June 2020
Conference program released 14th July 2020
The scientific committee has decided to extend the submission deadline to the 1st of May 2020. We are unable to communicate the conference dates until submission closes as the time zones of various presenters will need to be considered. As you can imagine, this is a complex process and we thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
Finally, submission and participation to the virtual conference is free of charge in return the EASM community is kindly asked to consider contributing to an EASM membership and current members are also asked to renew their memberships for 2020/21 via https://www.easm.net/become-a-member/.
