EASM wishes you a Happy New Year! We are tackling our New Year's resolution to become more sustainable by analyzing the carbon emissions from our last conference in Innsbruck 2022 and working on measures to reduce waste and emissions for the conference in Belfast 2023.

Today, EASM takes a moment to express sincere gratitude for all of Jonas Heck’s hard work as Office Manager. Jonas’ contributions have been invaluable. Sadly, his term ends at the end of the year. We want to thank Jonas wholeheartedly and wish him all the best for the future.

Last Wednesday EASM took the chance to discuss the issue of sport and human rights at an epas forum. The forum focused on: Freedom of expression of athletes, freedom of the press, gender equality and the media and combating hate speech in sport.

We are delighted to introduce the 31st European Sport Management Conference on the theme of Forward Thinking in Sport Management: Strengthening Inclusivity, Accessibility and Sustainability in Sport.
