Quality Assurance Report

Objectives

Quality management has to be implemented to ease the project execution from the start to the end. It describes the activities and quality criteria which need to be achieved and measured within the project. This WP will be concerned with the internal evaluation of the project’s course and progress, and accordingly provide advice/support to the project coordinator and partners through a ‘critical friend’ approach. Each partner will monitor the performance of the Work Package it manages, supported by all other partners. Information will be presented in a timely manner and in an accessible media/format in order to be appropriately shared and analysed. A Microsoft Teams Site and One Drive folder of the project – shared among all partners – will be created so that all partners can see, upload and edit the project documentation, being constantly able to review or check them. Therefore, a Quality Management Workbook will be created including all the necessary documents for quality assurance. This includes the self-assessment questionnaires which will be distributed to the consortium after every meeting and each 6 months with the purpose to evaluate ongoing or finished activities.

With experience in managing quality control and impact evaluation this WP will be managed by the Lituanian SportsUniversity (LSU). LSU will supervise the partners capacity to conduct regular monitoring according to objectives, procedures and indicators. An evaluation plan will be developed by capturing outcomes and results through a set of indicators. The project evaluator will use these to monitor progress, and accordingly inform the project partners.
